カナダのマニトバとラエルソン大学の学生組合はイラン学生を支援しました！

カナダの学生組合のフェデレーションに入っているマニトバ（２３番支部）とラエルソン（２４番支部）大学の学生組合は自由と平等のため戦っているイランの学生を支持してイラン政府への抗議文を送りました。二万四千人のメンバーを持つラエルソンの学生組合の委員長ノラ．ロレトはイラン学生の逮捕を厳しく批判し、彼らの早期釈放を求めています。ロレト氏はこの抗議文のコピをカナダのステフェン．ハベル首相と、学生組合フェデレーションのアマンダ．アジズ委員長にも宛ててイラン政府へ圧力を掛ける事を呼び掛けています。（１月１０日）

また、マニトバ大学で二万二千人の組合員を持つ組合委員長もイラン学生の逮捕に対して遺憾である事を述べて、イスラム政権に国際条約と言論の自由を尊重するよう求めています。（１月１５日）

Dear President Ahmadinejad,

The Ryerson Students' Union, representing all 24,000 full-time undergraduate and graduate students at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada, is appalled to have learned of the arrest of 47 students and activists leading up to and on the National Day of Students.

While we understand that 16 of the original 47 have been released, we are disturbed that their release was only made possible by the payment of extortionate bail amounts. We are particularly horrified to hear accounts of torture and cruel treatment toward the detained students. We feel obliged to condemn your government’s detention of dozens of protesting students, and demand their immediate and unconditional release.

The National Day of Students is an important day commemorating three Iranian students who were shot to death by police while protesting the visit by then U.S. Vice President Richard Nixon to Tehran in1953. Students should have the right to attend University, demonstrate and protest free of fear of political retribution or incarceration.
The Islamic Republic of Iran should recognize the people’s rights to freedoms of expression, assembly, association, and strike as your people’s inalienable rights. At our Canadian Universities, students are free to peacefully protest the government of the day without fear of being incarcerated. We stand with our Iranian brothers and sisters in their attempts to exercise this freedom.

The Ryerson Students' Union, Local 24 of the Canadian Federation of Students, lends our supportive voice to those in Iran calling for the unconditional release of the recently arrested students.

I am writing on behalf of over 22,000 students at the University of Manitoba regarding the treatment and safety of students in Iran.

The University of Manitoba Students’ Union (UMSU) condemns the actions of Iranian Authorities against Iranian students. UMSU condemns the violent actions taken by Iranian Authorities which includes the kidnappings and torture of the students detained. Further, the detention of students involved in the peaceful public demonstration, is unjustified and reprehensible.
The University of Manitoba Students’ Union calls upon the Iranian Government to release all students detained in recent weeks if they are prisoners of conscience, held solely on account of the peaceful exercise of their rights, and for any others to be tried promptly and fairly, in accordance with international fair trial standards, on recognizably criminal charges or else released; to make assurances that none of those arrested are subject to torture or other ill treatment; and to ensure that these detainees have unfettered access to relatives, legal representation, and any medical attention they may require.

The mistreatment of students for standing up for their rights does not go unnoticed by the international community, and I urge you to follow international standards and end the persecution of students and activists.

The whereabouts of the following students needs to be made public and for them to be released unconditionally to their family and friends:

イスラム刑罰法（１月８日）
先日、イラン中央州のファールスで裁判から２名の若い男性に対して死刑判決が出ました。死刑執行の方法は高い所（岩山）からの引き落としです。判決は最高裁の方からも確認されています。また他の情報ですが、今週に入ってから同じ州のザへダン市で５人の若者が処罰を受ける事に成りました。＜神に敵対した＞、と言う裁判の判断を元に５人の右手と左足が切断されてしまいました。実際、近年このような刑罰は執行されていなかったものの、最近新たに見られるようになっています。以前だったらばこのやり方は堂々と公開な場で行われていました。しかし国内の反発と国際社会の批判が大きく、一時的だが中断に追い詰められました。ここで知ってもらいたいのは、こんな野蛮なやり方はイスラムの教えを元にして決められている話です。イラン政権は、社会の様々なところから吹き出ている人々の抵抗をこのように押し返そうと思い、以前のような卑劣で非道となる行為をやりだしています。基本的にこんな恐ろしくて非道な政権は最初から、ルンペンで野蛮なヒズボラの群れに木刀とナイフ、刀やピストル等を持たらして街に送り込んだり、公開な場で処刑をおこなったり、石打ち刑とか体の一部を切断するや、目玉を抜き出すような刑罰を行ったり、未だ続いている女性へのスカーフの強制と政治犯の大量処刑、鞭打ちと拷問等を通じて権力に付くようにしています。当然今からそれらの行為のどれ一つを緩むと２８年間の及ぶ大衆の怒りのはれ上がりの奮発を押さえなくなります．．．
このようなイスラムの教えを元にしての刑罰の執行はイランと他国、アフガニスタン、イラクとサウジアラビア、スーダン等にもあります。もしもルネサンス革命以前のような時代の復活は国際社会から許されないのであれば、現にその時代をはるかに超えるような刑罰と政策をやっている上記政権、特にイラン政権の問題もまた同じく許してはいけません。現代人類の知識はこのように考えているはず、いえ、そう考えるべきです。中東を及び世界の反動なイスラム政治運動に大いに影響を持つイラン政権の早期打倒を望みます！

マハムード．サレヒ．．．（１月６日）

反労働者的な資本家イスラム政権はサレヒ氏の釈放を拒みました。

クルド州、サッゲズ市のパン職員の組合委員長と、＜独自の組合造りの会＞の会長でもあるサレヒ氏は０４年にメーデーの集会を行おうとした罪で逮捕されて裁判にかけられました。去年突然と職場から連れて行かれた彼は１年間の刑期を受けて、現在１０ヶ月に渡って閉じ込められています。実際サレヒ氏は腎臓病をわずらっていて、そのためいつも病院へ通っていました。現在サナンダジ市の刑務所に移動されている彼だが、この刑務所の医療所の設備は酷くそのためまともな治療を受ける事は出来ていません。最近、病状はより悪化しているサレヒ氏は何度も倒れたり（頭を強く地面にたたくほど）意識を失ってしまいました。お腹や手と足がはれたり心臓や脳までの負担は増加していると伝えられています。家族と国内外の圧力があり、ようやくサナンダジ市の検察長はサレヒ氏と会い、釈放の手続きを取るよと伝えました。しかしこの方向で診査を受けようと外部の病院へ連れて行かれた時に何故か、刑務所側はサレヒ氏の肝心な病院カルテを持っていなかったのです！？その結果としてイラン政府は病院の診断書を理由にサレヒ氏の釈放を先送りにしました。イラン政権はサレヒ氏を初めて、何の罪もなく閉じ込められている多くの人々の命に何の価値観も感じていません。こんな非道は決して長く続かないだろう！
サレヒ氏の娘と妻はこれまで支援してくれた多くの方々にお礼のメッセージを送ると共にイラン政府のこんな非道な対応に対して遺憾な気持ちを表しています。またサレヒ氏は、自身の病状は資本家となるイスラム政権との闘いに何の害を与えてない、と心強いメッセージを発信しています。
イスラム政権にラチされて非道な扱いを受けている全ての政治犯、学生と労働者、女性の釈放を実現させるまで闘いは続きます。応援と支援を宜しく願います。

パン職組合委員長のマハムード．サレヒは今週の火曜日（１月８日）に再び病院へ連れて行かれました。腎臓病専門の医師から、急ぎで根本的な診察と治療が必要だ、と言われています。そのため、水曜日の早期に再度病院を訪れる事と成りました。
こんな問題は驚きでなりません！世界で重犯罪者にでさえ治療を受ける権利が認められているのに、イランの労働活動家に対してそれがなく、国際キャンペンをやるか人道機関を通じて求めざれを得ません。こんな問題を黙って見過ごす訳にはいけません。世界の労働者は連帯してこんな非道な時代を無くすべきです。サレヒ氏の回復と釈放を願っています。

国際食材労組（IUF)と、スウエデン食材労組の委員長でもあるハンス．オロフネルソンはイラン政権に対して抗議文を発しました。彼はサレヒ氏と仲間の釈放を求めています。

０４年のメーデーの時にサッゲズ市で逮捕された５０名の労働者と、その仲の７名は現在刑務所に閉じ込められている事に対して強く抗議します。彼らの犯している唯一の罪は世界の労働者と共にメーデーを祝う事です。さらに、我々の得た情報によると、サレヒ氏が逮捕された後暴力を受けています。そして、情報機関は彼の家を摘発する際に彼の妻と息子にまで暴力を振っているようです。サレヒ氏は重病を抱えながら未だ刑務所に閉じ込められています。腎臓病である彼の状況はより悪化していると聞いています。また、最近刑務所内で繰り返しと、＜殺すぞ＞、と言う脅しまでを受けているのです。
問題解決に当たって最も優先的な方法はサレヒ氏の治療と入院する事です。
我々はこの７名の労働者の釈放を求めます。彼らは、世界的に認められているように、自分たちの根本的な権利の保障を求めて活動しています。世論は彼らの精神的と肉体的な状態と損害に対してイラン政権の責任を問います。

Mr. President:

We wish to register our strong protest at the arrest of
some 50 people on May 1 in Saqez, seven of whom are still in detention. The only offence of those arrested and detained is their attempt to celebrate, in common with workers around the world, the first of May, the International Labour Day. We also understand that Mr. Mahmoud Salehi was badly beaten following his arrest, and that government security forces beat his wife and son at their home.
As we understand it Mr. Mahmoud Salehi is still in police detention and very sick. The information we have got, also tells us that during the last weeks he has been threaten to death three times by some of the prison guards.
He also suffers from kidney problems that require medical attention. These problems can best be taken care of if he gets medical treatment at a hospital.
We call upon you to secure the immediate and unconditional release of these seven worker rights advocates who are guilty only of attempting to exercise internationally recognized fundamental human rights. Public opinion abroad will hold your government responsible for the physical and psychological well-being of these Iranian Citizens.

イランについてのヒューマンライツ．ウォッチの報告：（１月８日）

イランの人権状況とイスラム政権による反体制派の弾圧の実態に付いて今月７日付きにヒュウマンライツウォッチは報告を出しました。この報告は、＜どなたでもどんな理由でも逮捕される＞、と言う見出しになってす。
ヒューマンライツ．ウォッチはイランの憲法とイスラム刑罰法を引用して、国際条約と国際基準法律との大矛盾と違いを明かしています。この報告は特にイランの刑罰法の安全保障の法例とそれを犯した人間に対して行われる処罰の実態を取り上げています。実際この法例の幅が広く、定義され難いのです。そのお陰でイスラム政権はどなたでも、自分に対する批判的な人々を逮捕したり、刑罰を与えられます。この法例の対象となる事例は、＜イスラム教を批判した人物、預言者とかイスラム政権の元最高指導者のホメイニと現最高指導者ハメネイを侮辱した＞、と言う場合とか、組織を作ったや集会とデモに参加した事です。あるいはアメリカやイスラエルと関係を持ちスパイである事と、国外反体制派組織と関係がある事等もそのような扱いを受けてしまいます。
．報告によるとイランの憲法では言論の自由と組織つくりの自由は定められています。しかし、この２８年間の経緯を見る限りそれは一度も実現された事がありません。また、憲法と法律では逮捕された市民に、法律的な手続きを取ったり、弁護士を雇う権利、あるいは家族と面会する権利が保障されています。だが、これもまた国の安全保障を犯した者（特に）に対して法律の適用はありません。不明な所へ連れて行かれる事と、弁護士なしで非公開な裁判に掛けられるケースは決して少なくはありません。
．ヒューマンライツ．ウォッチは他に重要問題として示しているのは悪名のエビン刑務所、特に２０９ブロックの事です。情報機関の下に置かれているこのブロックは政治犯専用です。２０９ブロックの実態については体験者から寄せられた情報を元に書かれています。想像を絶する話がここにあります。長期間に渡って狭く、汚い独房に綴じ込められる、長期間の尋問と脅しを受ける、肉体的と精神的な拷問、あらゆる拷問にあってしまう．．．ボトルビンと暖かい卵の説とか、長時間実際のひつぎにねかされる、よけいな動きをすると番人に叩かれる説．．．
この人道機関はイラン政府に調査の許可の拒否を大問題として考えています。以下、報告文は英版で、５０ページあまりとなっていますが。だいたいの内容に触れようと思って、ペルシア版を通じて上記を訳しました。全体を日本語に出来たら良いのですが．．．

学生組織の国連議長宛の手紙（訳）：ー１月７日ー

学生組織の＜自由と平等＞は仲間の釈放を求めて国連議長のバンキン．ムン氏宛に以下の手紙を出しています。文章は長いのですが、まとめた内容をお伝えします。
イラン政権は今まで２度に渡り大量に政治犯を処刑しています。非道で、特に左翼のジェノサイドとも言うべきこの行為の一度目は１９８２年で、二度目はイラン、イラクの終戦後に行われています。しかし、この悪政策はこれで終わるのではなく、その継続として、連続殺人事件の形でもまた行われています（８年間のラフサンジャ二前大統領の任命時期にて、４００名を超える反体制派の殺害の事を示しています）。これらの事実はアムネステイ．ヒューマンライツウォッチにも把握されていましたが、残念な事に国連はこの重大な事件に対してイラン政権を追及し、その実態を明かす行動は何も取って来なかったのです。最近イラン政府は新たに４０名あまりの学生を拉致し、不明な所へ連れて行っています。この事件は＜学生記念日＞（０７年１２月７日）の前後に起きています。どんな時代でも社会の批判の声の先頭に立って戦って来たイラン学生にとっては＜学生の記念日＞の集会は重要な伝統です。現在ラチされている我々の仲間は卑劣なイラン政権の刑務所で苦しんでいます。様々な拷問をする上、まともな治療さえ与えてくれないのはイラン政府の通常のやり方です。また、他の学生の呼び出しと尋問は今でも終わっておらず、逮捕されている学生に関してその理由や他情報が何も伝えられていまん．．．国連にとっては、このような卑劣で独裁的な政権の追及と態度を改めさせる事と人権を守る事は重要な役目ではないでしょうか。新たな大事件が起きる前に、我々は国連議長をはじめて各国の政府に対して、学生を釈放させるためイラン政府への圧力を強めるよと求めます。これは我々学生とラチされている学生の家族、人権と言論の自由、平等と人間らしさを尊重するイラン国民多くの願いす．．．

An Open Letter to His Excellency, Mr. Ban ki-Moon
Your Excellency: You certainly know that a lot of Iranian political prisoners were executed in Islamic Republic prisons in Summer 1367 right after the confirmation and signature of Resolution No. 598 concerning the stopping of hostility between Iran and Iraq. These prisoners were all buried in mass graves. This project which was in continuation of execution of Iranian political prisoners, particularly the leftists in 1360, has been one of the most catastrophic genocides ever taken place. It has been also in continuation of the vast project of the Chain Murders. It is necessary to mention that the reports of International Amnesty has confirmed the vast measures of this tragedy. However, other international organizations and human rights organizations have been generally silent about this tragic situation. The horrible measures of this human crime have not clearly been disclosed to the people of Iran and the world.Your Excellency:It should be mentioned that at the beginning of the celebration of University Students’ Day on December 7, 2007, more than 40 leftist students of Iran universities intending to celebrate the University Students’ Day, according to an old tradition held in Iranian universities every year, were unknowingly arrested by Security Officials of Islamic Republic Regime. These arrests still continue. Certainly, you know that the Marxist and socialist students of Iran ,constantly volunteer to fight against war, dictatorship, and foreign power’s domination . They are forerunners in pursuing persistently the democratic demands through the university students’ protests. But the Islamic Republic having exercised violent and oppressive fights against the Iranian students has made vast actions by kidnapping and arresting the students. No acceptable reasons were given by the jurisdiction authorities and Islamic Republic Information and Security Officials why they have arrested and accused students of unclear charges and where they are being imprisoned. Your Excellency: The numerous reports presented annually by the United Nations Human Rights Watch and Organization of International Amnesty indicate clearly the abolishment of human basic rights in Iran including the freedom of idea and _expression , prohibition of torturing, having right to protest and right to hold the meeting s and so on. The most important issue is the awful conditions of political prisoners jailed in prisons of Islamic Republic of Iran. The political prisoners in Iran are accused of unacceptable illogical charges since there is no given definition of political crime according to Islamic regulations in Iran. The recently arrested Iranian university students are not excepted from this .Your Excellency:Considering what has been mentioned above, the families of all Iranian university students recently arrested, all democratic students, social activists, writers and true supporters of human rights have the right to become extremely worried about their dear children in the prisons of Islamic Republic Regime. As you are entitled the first person in the UN, you are obliged to question and inpeach the governments all over the world for their exercise of suppression, suffocation and violation of nations’ rights and pursue earnestly the situation of people in Iran as well as you do in other countries.Your Excellency:We the signers below request you to take immediate and necessary actions to free the arrested students to prevent the tragic deaths of more victims in oppressive governments.Freedom and equality- seeking university students of IranIn the following you may find a partial list of the students arrested. イスファハン学生のハンストの勝利：（１月６日）

ご存じのように、６名のイスファハン学生は、仲間の逮捕や情報機関の呼び出しとか脅しかけなどに対してハンストに入っていました。このハンストは八日目に入ったところで仲間を支援しようと学生７００名はデモを起こしました。学生の抵抗の広がりを恐れた事なのか、それまで何の動きを見せていなかった大学の委員長はデモを起こしていた学生の代表と会い、面的に問題解決に取り組む事を伝えました。実際最近では全国の大学内に規則協会と言うことろが設置されており、そこにいる連中は情報機関のポチばかりですが、この連中は学生の処分（監視、退学と逮捕させたり）にあたっています。現在、大学委員長の話の後学生のハンストは終了し、呼び出しなどの流れも止まっています。イスファハン学生はこの勝利を祝っています。学生の連帯と粘り強さはこの勝利をもたらした事は間違いありません。彼らの戦いは今後も続きます

デモを行おうとかデモに参加したため逮捕された学生の事件から一ヶ月たちました。テヘランで３５名となる学生の家族は我が娘と息子の釈放を求めて、繰り返しの国連のテヘラン事務所の前とか検察官と国会と法務省前や学生が監禁されている悪名エビン刑務所の前に集まったり、政府関係者と会ったりをしていました。実際一度は国会の人権部門の総務長と面談する時に彼の脅しを受ける事件もありました！？だが家族は諦めることはなく我が子との面会と釈放を認め続けています。そんな中で数日前に家族は検察の副総長のサラリ−キャと会った時に、土曜日から十人づづで学生と面会出来るとの約束を受けました。しかし先日家族は刑務所を訪れると、朝から夕方まで待っていたのに学生との面会は許可されませんでした。情報機関や法無省と検察著の許可は出ていないなどの言い訳を聞かされたばかりです。当然家族らはこんな対応に怒りを感じています。実際その前の事ですが、学生について何の情報を与える事はないため家族らは抗議の呼び掛けをしていました。しかしサラリーキャから面会の約束を得たため家族はその呼び掛けを中止しました。イラン政府のこんな悪質で非道なやり方は決して許されないと思います。おそらく情報機関はこんなやり方で学生を始めてその家族にも心理的な圧力を掛けようと考えているのです。実際これまで情報機関は家族らを、電話を通じての連絡で脅しをかけたり、マスコミやいろんな組織、団体とは連絡を取らない事やインタビューを行わないようにと要求しています。。。３５名の学生全員を裁判にかける計画は発っていますが、全員の早期で無条件の釈放は実現されるまで緩む事はなく、戦いは続きます。彼らは何の罪も犯しておらず、自由と平等を訴えただけです。これらの学生への支援の呼び掛けは今後も続く予定なので宜しくお願いたします。

０８年１月４日ー学生のハンストへの突入：

イラン情報機関の方から学生の呼び出しと逮捕が続いている中で、実際イスファハンの学生２０名が呼び出されている、これに対して学生６名はハンストに入り、現在六日目のハンストと成ります。情報機関は彼らのハンストを終わらせようと、学生自身とか彼らの家族までを電話などを通じて、脅しています。しかし学生はこの脅しに揺れず、要求した事は実現されない限りハンストを続けると宣言しています。＜デモに参加した理由での仲間の呼び出しの中止と、逮捕されている学生の釈放を実現する事、独自の組織造りと機関紙の発行を許可する事、大学内から情報機関の拠点を無くす事等＞は学生の要請です。
