ファルザード．キャマンギャルさんについて緊急報告！
８月頃に、ファルザードさんの母親を先頭にして住民と生徒が行ったデモの様子です。これまで国内外で多くの支援を得たり、抗議行動が行われています。日本でも９月１１日に在京イラン大使館前で要請行動が行われています(詳しい情報は記事一貫でご覧下さい）。

●緊急報告です！
イラン教員のファルザード．キャマンギャルさんの死刑実行の可能性は高まりました。
先日、突然と数名の番人が２０９セッションの１２１部屋に突入してファルザードさんを連れ去りました。連れて行かれた所は不明です。目撃者によると連中はファルザードさんを殴る、蹴る、来いよ殉教者、と言いながら連れて行っていました。その後、刑務所の診療所でファルザードを目撃した方の話によると、ファルザードさんの肉体状況は全く良くなかったようです。
ご存じのようにファルザードさんは死刑判決を受けていて、判決はいつ執行されてもおかしくない状態にあります。実際、国際キャンペーンが始まった後ファルザードさんが独房に閉じ込められたり、弁護士や家族との面会も許されませんでした。ようやく面会は許可されても捜査員を付ける事を条件にしてあります。ファルザードさんに対する厳しい監視はずっと続いています。
坊主連中は人殺しを拡大しています
卑劣なイスラム政権は危機感を感じるたびにこのように恐怖状況を作り出そうとします。すい先程も情報が入りましたが女性一人の死刑が実行されました。この女性の死刑は今まで２度も中止になっていました。また、テヘラン近くにあるゴーハルダシュト刑務所からの情報によると４名の死刑執行が準備されているようです。このような事情でコブラ．ラハマンプールさんと同様ファルザードさんの死刑執行の可能性は高くなっています。とにかく一刻の油断も許されない状況です。多くの人道機関、団体、組織と個人にはイラン政権に対して要請文を送ったり、なんらかの抗議行動を起こすよう願います。
ファルザードさんの逮捕容疑に関しては何の証拠も無く、３年近く刑務所に閉じこんだりとてつもない拷問を加えたり、まともな裁判も行えず死刑判決が出されています。アムネスティは、＜報告を十分に調査し、責任ある者を裁判にかけるよう、当局に要請する＞、と言い、以下の要請文を作成しています。イラン政権各責任者のアドレスも以下のところにあります。早期対応をお願い致します！

Your Excellency,
I am writing this letter to express my serious concern for the lives of
Farzad Kamangar, Ali Heydariyan and Farhad
Vakili whose death sentences have been confirmed by the Supreme Court.
I acknowledge that governments have a responsibility to bring to justice
those suspected of criminal offences in
proceedings that adhere to international standards for fair trial, but I
unconditionally oppose to the death penalty,
as the ultimate cruel, inhuman and degrading punishment and violation of
the right to life. So here, I urge to cmmute
the death sentences of those three persons.
I also ask for details of the charges and trials faced by the three
persons, because I am concerned that Farzad
Kamangar’s trial may not have met international standards for fair trial,
which are essential in capital cases.
Relating to this, I call for that Farzad Kamangar should be granted
immediate and regular access to his family and
lawyer of his choice as well as any medical treatment he may require.
Concerning the reports that Farzad Kamangar was tortured, I ask for full
investigation into the facts indicated by
those reports and ask anyone found responsible for such abuses to be
brought to justice.
